Our Craft & Gift Events are well known and are advertised extensively.   The tables are approx. 6' x 2.5'. A chair is provided although there are more if required, free of charge. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU REQUIRE ELECTRICITY as there are a limited number of stalls available with power. All you need to bring is your stock.

Set up is from 9am ready for 11am start and the events finish at 4pm. Please don't arrive before this time to allow set up. However, stallholders must arrive no later than 10.30am please. Leaving before our finish time, has a direct negative effect on your colleagues. Please be thoughtful. We all work very hard to attend the events and offer our crafts for sale.

  If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, we do promise a full refund within a reasonable time. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions below.

Terms & Conditions

                 If YOU cancel up to 10 working days prior to the event.........................100% refund of monies paid
  1. Sorry, we are unable to offer a refund within 7 working days of the event paid for due to advertising costs already accrued and re-advertising of vacant stalls. However, you can use the booking fee for a future event, effectively, making your payment able to  be used in lieu of the date you are unable to do. However, we can not offer this for any cancellations within 24 hours.

  2. Prices vary from venue to venue but are kept to a minimum, wherever possible.

  3. The Qrganisers reserve the right to refuse bookings or entry to any event for any reason. However, this has not ever happened in 7 years.
  4. BCA reserve the right to change the venue & date if absolutely necessary. We will let you know in plenty of time wherever possible.
  5. It is the responsibility of our Exhibitors to hold relevant Public Liability Insurance.
  6. BCA Events also have the relevant Public Liability Insurance as Event Organisers
  7. BCA or their Insurers will not take any responsibility for Loss, damage or Injury during any event where adequate insurance by our exhibitors has failed or not relevant to their business.
  8. Any electrical item brought & used for the events must either be within their warranty period or P.A.T tested by a qualified electrician.
  9. All costs by the exhibitor relating to cancelled or postponed events are the responsibility of the exhibitor. However, stall fees paid, although non-refundable, as per our terms, may be used for a future event that is agreed by BCA Events. Please ensure you arrive no later than 10:30am. Let us know as soon as possible if you are running late.

  10. The footfall of our events are maximised by our extensive and professional advertising, using all available types of media.The lack of presence at the event, no matter the reason is determined by human interaction and weather. It will never be due to a lack of paid advertising or other marketing. Please be aware we are unable to take responsibility for such results.
